Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
-unused
-in original condition
-in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for returns:
-used items
-customized or made-to-order items
-clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
